Warranty & Returns Policy and FAQ

Harbour Imports & Freight offers no warranties or returns, implied or otherwise, as we are importers of products sold at a retail store in another country. 

Harbour Imports & Freight only sells NEW items imported from the U.S., any scratch-n-dent, demo, or used items will be clearly labeled as such. 

We can however order and import parts or offer freight services to return an item for service/warranty by the retailer/manufacturer.

We do guarantee to deliver what you ordered or we will exchange the item or if no replacement item is available, we will issue a full refund.
